Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in manual Quality Assurance and Quality Assurance Testing
- Expertise in developing test strategies, test plans, and manual test cases
- Skilled in coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Background in advising PMO or project teams on end-to-end QA strategy
- Strong grasp of QA best practices and how to effectively document and share them
- Experience working within Agile methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (3-4)
- Solid understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QAs role in each phase
Responsibilities
- Create detailed test strategies and plans for assigned projects
- Develop and execute manual test cases utilizing Azure DevOps and Excel
- Oversee and facilitate test events, including UAT and deployment support
- Analyze and assist in defining Business, System, and Functional requirements
- Provide guidance to PMOs and project teams on QA strategy throughout the SDLC
- Manage QA activities across 3-4 concurrent projects
- Monitor and report findings, risks, defects, and completion sign-offs
- Document and share best practices related to QA
- Support cross-device and multi-language User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for consumer applications
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts (BAs), PMOs, and stakeholders
Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to join our Technical QA (TQA) team, responsible for ensuring top-notch quality in all our projects, from planning to deployment. This role is highly strategic and focuses on manual testingโno automation scripting is involved. You will lead the creation of test strategies, plans, and cases, while managing test events such as UAT. Our projects span various digital platforms, including web and mobile, often linked to vital modernization and merger efforts.
