Requirements

Must:
- Over 15 years of experience managing extensive, intricate, multi-workstream programs in enterprise settings. - Demonstrated expertise in program governance, roadmap formulation, executive communication, and cross-functional coordination. - Strong capacity to influence and align senior leadership, resolve conflicts, and foster consensus amid competing priorities. - Experience overseeing programs with budgets exceeding $5M and timelines longer than 3 years. - Solid understanding of technology-driven transformation initiatives (processes, systems, data, operations). - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to executive committees. - Bachelors degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead the comprehensive management of a complex, multi-year transformation program with various interconnected workstreams. - Establish and uphold program governance, including weekly working sessions, bi-weekly Steering Committee, and monthly Executive Committee meetings. - Define program KPIs, success indicators, quality checkpoints, and maintain a structured RAID log. - Ensure alignment of all workstreams with strategic business goals and organizational priorities. - Oversee daily operations of multiple project managers, workstream leaders, and cross-departmental contributors. - Manage interdependencies, essential path activities, and resource limitations across technology, operations, and business sectors. - Support planning workshops, monitor milestones, and forecast program needs to uphold schedule accuracy. - Collaborate closely with teams utilizing platforms like ServiceNow for workflow automation and process enhancement. - Serve as the key liaison for executive sponsors and Senior management throughout the organization. - Develop and deliver succinct, impactful executive communications, including Steering Committee decks and actionable recommendations. - Foster alignment across cybersecurity, IT operations, HR, and business units to ensure unified expectations and decision-making. - Assist in refining new or evolving operational processes for consistent team adoption. - Lead program-wide communication planning, documentation, and collaboration governance, maintaining version control. - Guide teams through organizational change, providing clarity on program goals, roles, and dependencies. - Proactively identify and mitigate program risks, cross-team dependencies, and systemic obstacles. - Assist leadership teams in sequencing priorities and ensuring optimal resource allocation. - Ensure compliance with governance standards, reporting expectations, and best practices in delivery.
