Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 3-7 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the financial services sector
- In-depth understanding of digital banking technologies, user experience principles, and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience with mobile banking, online account opening, money movement, payments, lending, or digital service platforms
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting digital banking, such as KYC, AML, ADA, and FFIEC
- Knowledge of analytics tools, including Mixpanel, Adobe, Google Analytics, and Power BI
- Experience with APIs, cloud-based systems, or modern banking platforms
- Proficient in creating user stories and managing digital projects using Scrum and Jira

Responsibilities
- Direct the complete strategy, development, and enhancement of digital banking products, ensuring they elevate customer experience and promote business growth
- Define a clear product vision and construct user-focused roadmaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology, UX, operations, risk, and compliance to introduce innovative digital solutions across web and mobile platforms
- Act as a product owner for feature teams rather than managing an overarching digital strategy
- Focus on servicing small businesses, including onboarding and payments/money movement
- Manage Agile delivery processes, backlog administration, and stakeholder collaboration while integrating risk and compliance
- Own product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
- Conduct customer discovery initiatives and translate insights into product features
- Monitor product performance using KPIs such as adoption, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates
- Communicate updates, timelines, and performance metrics to leadership, acting as a subject-matter expert for assigned digital banking features
