Requirements
Must:
- 8-10 years of experience in product design with a focus on wearable technology or comparable sectors
- Proficient in Figma with the ability to construct intricate prototypes and design systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying design choices and trade-offs to leadership
- Strong collaboration and skills in stakeholder management, working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to operate autonomously and juggle multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent problem-solving skills to analyze complex challenges and create efficient design solutions
- Familiar with design systems, accessibility, and inclusive design principles
Responsibilities
- Lead projects across various experiences and wearable products, demonstrating adaptability in daily tasks
- Create high-fidelity prototypes in Figma to clearly communicate design ideas and solutions
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend business goals, pinpoint opportunities, and formulate design strategies that align with user needs
- Construct and present compelling narratives and presentations to showcase your designs, including concepts, prototypes, and research results
- Present your design work to leadership while articulating design decisions and trade-offs
- Elevate the teams capabilities by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices in product design
- Stay informed on industry trends, new technologies, and design tools to enhance design quality and efficiency
