Requirements
Must:

- Expertise in product design principles, including rapid prototyping, journey mapping, and creating pattern libraries.
- Able to swiftly translate ideas into design artifacts.
- Capable of conducting design critiques and providing constructive feedback.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Experienced in mentoring others in design methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with designing and prototyping for various devices, including mobile, tablet, and desktop.
- Knowledge of Agile development processes.
- Responsive/adaptive design experience is a plus.
- E-commerce design experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and elegant products that address complex consumer challenges and drive business success.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders and executives in a clear and engaging manner.
- Engage in user experience research to gain insights into consumer needs, opportunities, and challenges for ongoing design enhancement.
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to validate and inform design choices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Analysts, and Developers throughout the design and development lifecycle.
- Develop visual representations to convey and validate ideas with consumers and stakeholders (including prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, personas, etc.).
- Create comprehensive design deliverables contributing to the design language system and pattern library.
- Stay updated on tools, principles, and practices in product design, striving for continuous improvement.
- Organize and lead effective meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Guide and mentor junior design team members on best practices within the industry.
- Champion high standards of excellence to ensure delightful user experiences and actively support the team in achieving these goals.
