Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Over 8 years of Full Stack Development experience using .NET / .NET Core technologies
- At least 5 years of proficiency in advanced JavaScript frameworks including Angular, Bootstrap, and JQuery
- Minimum 2 years of Tech Lead experience demonstrating skills in organizing, prioritizing, and managing team tasks to meet deadlines
- More than 5 years of experience in application design, web service development (REST/SOAP), and vendor API integration
- At least 3 years of experience with a cloud hosting provider (preferably AWS)
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, and execute tasks utilizing available resources
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical leader for an Agile Product Development team, delivering high-quality technology solutions utilizing cloud-native technologies
- Mentor and coach team members with a focus on a People First approach
- Ensure high standards of quality in all software engineering facets, including continuous integration and test-driven development
- Design and develop core services and components leveraging service-oriented, event-driven, and microservices architectures
- Create and implement n-tiered applications that meet rigorous quality standards such as Reliability and Scalability
- Apply Enterprise Technology reference architectures, design patterns, and best coding practices
- Provide the necessary environment, permissions, and tools for team members to work efficiently
- Collaborate with various Development, Architecture, and Support teams for system design and integration
- Identify opportunities for application and process enhancements and prepare documentation for the platform roadmap
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems
- Work closely with QA and DevOps teams to adopt CI/CD practices and workflows
- Assist in assessing risks and issues while documenting recommendations
- Regularly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders for product and project support
- Develop and maintain appropriate technical documentation following SDLC guidelines
