Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience in the administration, engineering, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online in large enterprise settings.
- Proven track record of leading migrations from a hybrid Exchange to a fully cloud-based environment.
- In-depth knowledge of implementing and managing compliance, retention, and regulatory policies, particularly within regulated industries like financial services.
- Strong understanding of Azure Entra ID functionalities including authentication flows, Conditional Access, and RBAC within the M365 ecosystem.
- Ability to mentor and guide team members with varying skill levels in technical matters.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical lead for Exchange Online and key Microsoft 365 services within our Productivity Team.
- Engineer, configure, support, and continually enhance the M365 ecosystem, with a focus on Exchange Online and compliance implementations.
- Lead efforts to modernize and streamline the messaging environment, aiming to eliminate the remaining on-premises hybrid Exchange setup.
- Collaborate closely with compliance, security, and business stakeholders to ensure platform stability and regulatory compliance for a fully remote workforce.
