Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong analytical skills to provide insights on learning data
- Technical troubleshooting skills for escalating and resolving LMS issues
- Experience in developing training documentation for users and administrators
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Learning & Development team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Build and sustain learning materials within the LMS, including online courses and instructor-led training sessions
- Generate reports and insights on registration and participation in learning programs
- Act as the primary contact for resolving technical issues related to the LMS
- Ensure prompt closure of all technical cases raised
- Create user and administrator training documentation for effective LMS utilization
