Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in desktop support, including Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalation assistance. - In-depth knowledge of Windows 10/11 within an enterprise setting. - Practical experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Group Policy, and Office 365 applications. - Familiarity with deployment, imaging, and endpoint management tools such as SCCM, Intune, or MDT. - Strong grasp of networking essentials and best practices for endpoint security. - Exceptional skills in troubleshooting, documentation, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

- Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for Windows 10/11 devices, resolving intricate hardware, software, and operating system challenges. - Diagnose advanced issues related to Active Directory, Group Policy, Azure AD, and user authentication processes. - Assist with Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, resolving performance, access, and integration problems. - Conduct advanced workstation imaging, deployment, patch management, and configuration utilizing tools like SCCM, Intune, or MDT. - Identify and fix issues concerning endpoint security solutions, including antivirus and EDR agents and compliance frameworks. - Address networking complications at the desktop level, such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity challenges. - Collaborate with server, cloud, and networking teams to support hybrid cloud and on-premises Windows environments. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. - Provide mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians; assist in problem resolution and root cause identification. - Engage in system upgrades, migrations, and enterprise IT initiatives.

Based in Tyler, TX, this is a Contract to Hire position with an hourly pay range of $25.00 - $30.00, depending on your experience.
