Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience in the U.S. with .NET Core
- More than 10 years of experience in the U.S. with C#
- At least 7 years of experience with Angular
- Extensive experience in building APIs from the ground up (10+ years)
- Significant experience designing and creating microservices from scratch (10+ years)
- Proven ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Strong preference for candidates from small team settings (approximately 3-10 members)
Responsibilities
- Maintain proficiency in advanced technologies and methodologies as directed by the company
- Utilize systems analysis and design skills to devise flexible, scalable solutions for complex business issues
- Communicate technical solutions effectively to team members, business stakeholders, and project teams
- Use project management best practices to plan, track, and report on project milestones
- Identify and manage risks proactively while aligning with customer and leadership expectations
- Participate in evaluating and adopting new tools, technologies, and methodologies
- Ensure high levels of personal productivity and quality while assisting teammates and enhancing organizational processes
- Adapt positively to changes and encourage others to embrace change
- Act with urgency, focusing on prompt action and resolution of issues
- Promote collaboration, build consensus, and navigate conflicts efficiently
