Requirements
Must:
- Eight (8+) years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying n-tier online solutions
- Five (5+) years of proficiency with web and mobile frameworks such as Backbone.js, AngularJS, and jQuery
- Five (5+) years of experience with C#, Visual Studio, and JavaScript/jQuery
- Five (5+) years of expertise in REST web services
- Five (5+) years of experience working with SQL, preferably in Oracle or similar relational databases
- Over one (1) year of experience utilizing copilot and templates
- Five (5+) years of experience in React development
- Capability to mentor junior developers
- Background in UI/UX design
- Previous experience integrating systems through Tibco web services
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels
- Familiarity with public sector development frameworks

Responsibilities
- Conduct technical analysis for various development tasks
- Create UI designs in accordance with project requirements
- Develop software applications adhering to project specifications
- Perform unit testing and troubleshoot any defects

- Document processes and solutions as per established standards
- Collaborate with IT resources, business clients, vendors, and stakeholders to complete projects
- Ensure all deliverables comply with City development and quality expectations
