Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in desktop support and hardware troubleshooting
- Proficiency with imaging and Windows 10/11
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Capability in supporting printers and peripherals
- Excellent customer service skills and experience in supporting executives
- Background in field or drive-based technical support
- Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
- Willingness to travel up to 80% as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals
- Conduct imaging, installations, configurations, upgrades, and problem resolution
- Offer support for Windows 10/11, Active Directory, and tools like Google Meet or Teams
- Set up conference rooms and A/V equipment for executive meetings
- Handle IMAC responsibilities including installations, moves, adds, changes, and basic cabling
- Travel to remote industrial sites to address connectivity and hardware issues
