Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in automation, electrical, and mechanical engineering
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles to design and integrate automation systems
- Knowledge of system requirements, operational scenarios, and success criteria for interoperability
- Experience in verification and validation, including functional testing, to ensure quality compliance
- Skilled in troubleshooting automation issues and performing root-cause analysis
- Ability to develop and maintain engineering documentation, system specifications, and reports
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including GxP and FDA regulations
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Commitment to continuous learning and mentorship in product development lifecycle
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex custom automation systems in a regulated environment
- Collaborate with teams to support system verification and validation processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system reliability
- Conduct root-cause analysis to implement corrective actions
- Create and update engineering documentation, including specifications and test protocols
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards during system operations
- Engage with key stakeholders for successful system integration and project outcomes
- Foster technical expertise through mentorship and exposure to various project phases
