Security Architect - Cybersecurity Specialist

- Comprehensive understanding of various cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and Software Security Development Life Cycle (SSDLC) - Practical experience managing SaaS platforms within an enterprise environment - Familiarity with third-party cybersecurity due diligence and risk management - Experience with identity management systems, including Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), privilege management, and Microsoft Entra - Proficient in security frameworks, compliance, and regulations such as NIST, GDPR, and SOC reports - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, and hybrid or multi-cloud systems - Strong grasp of data security principles, including encryption, retention, and classification - Knowledgeable in application security principles including OWASP, API security, and SSDLC - Understanding of security and audit logs, SIEM integration, alerting, incident response planning, and penetration testing - Solid understanding of Firewall, Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Proxy servers, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Application Proxy, and API Management - Advanced knowledge of network architecture concepts including topology, protocols, and components - Capability to establish security patterns for cloud/hybrid architecture and collaborate with various technical teams for implementation - Ability to represent the team in technical discussions and drive towards deliverables with minimal supervision - Strong understanding of zero-trust architecture and relevant tools/technologies - Familiarity with AI technologies, specifically Microsoft co-pilot - Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field, with significant experience in information security, or a suitable combination of education and experience. - At least seven years in an Information Security role, with a minimum of three years of experience in cloud technologies - Certifications such as CISSP, CSSP, CCNP/CCIE Security, or Cloud Security are preferred - Exceptional communication and consultative skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and IT personnel. - Strong analytical and teamwork abilities
