Requirements
Must:
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with Jira and Jira Align
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Retrospectives
- Ability to lead PI Planning sessions and manage delivery risks
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder updates
- Understanding of backlog management and capacity planning
- Capability to leverage AI tools for deliverables
- Intermediate level of experience required
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and enhance Scrum ceremonies to ensure measurable outcomes
- Prepare for PI Planning by clarifying objectives and dependencies
- Provide transparency to stakeholders through effective communication
- Manage delivery risks and compliance with governance policies
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy backlog
- Utilize AI and existing libraries for deliverables formulation
- Validate and communicate team plans using Jira Software Plans
- Ensure operational hygiene of roadmap views for PI readiness
