Requirements
Must:
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting cross-functional software or product teams.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies with a proven track record of coaching teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as Jira and effective backlog management skills.
- Recognized Agile certifications (e.g., PSM I/II, CSM, or SAFe SM).
- Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise SDLC governance and data integration in Jira.
- Experience with SAFe or similar scaling frameworks.
- Background in regulated or financial services environments is preferred.
- Ability to leverage automated reporting tools over manual methods.
- Skills in ensuring alignment with existing standards set by Delivery and Project Management teams.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective), ensuring productive outcomes and transparency.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices, reinforcing agreements and enhancing user story quality.
- Identify and eliminate roadblocks, manage project dependencies, and escalate risks promptly for consistent delivery.
- Utilize Agile tools like Jira to maintain up-to-date backlogs, track sprint data, and report metrics for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog at least one sprint ahead, ensuring clarity in acceptance criteria.
- Work alongside Program Managers and other teams to align with program initiatives, support release planning, and synchronize efforts across groups.
- Promote continuous improvement through data-driven retrospectives to enhance quality and value for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SDLC and program delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle.
