- Profound understanding of Salesforce platform features, particularly Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Extensive experience with the implementation of solutions, identifying whether requirements involve configuration, customization, and integration.
- Hands-on experience configuring platform features like user management, profiles, permissions, and workflows.
- Familiarity with the Salesforce AppExchange and strong understanding of native Salesforce capabilities.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of SDLC project management, including use case documentation, process flows, requirements analysis, and change management.
- Proficient in managing large datasets and utilizing Salesforce data tools effectively.
- Ability to design and implement insightful dashboards and reports using Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
- Understanding of system security and control measures.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Agile Scrum Master and Salesforce Sales/Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
Responsibilities

- Lead discussions with diverse partners and ask insightful questions to uncover essential business requirements.
- Understand the strategy and evolving business needs through facilitation, workshops, and future state roadmap development.
- Recommend process innovations and efficiencies by performing current state analyses and observing industry trends and best practices.
- Inspire teams in solution development and lead project execution while maintaining a strategic overview and focusing on detail.
- Propose solutions that exceed initial requests, aiming for scalable designs emphasizing flexibility and maintainability.
- Partner with leadership to compose business cases and secure budgets for projects.
- Define measurable success criteria for initiatives and oversee ongoing performance tracking against these criteria.
- Implement a standardized development lifecycle for all projects, encompassing everything from mobilization to project delivery and user acceptance testing.
- Support key business processes by ensuring data integrity, governance, and compliance within the Salesforce application.
- Serve as an expert for Salesforce application management, defining, designing, and configuring enhancements for maximum ROI.
- Create and implement reports, dashboards, and alerts that inform business processes and insights.
- Manage user acceptance testing, including crafting scripts and obtaining sign-offs.
- Prepare the business for change through effective change management planning, ensuring readiness at project launch.
- Engage continuously with Salesforce regarding Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM.
