Requirements
Must:
- Proven hands-on experience in enterprise-level SAFe transformation from assessment through sustainment
- Strong experience as a senior Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or a related role
- Successful track record in launching, coaching, or supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
- Experience with high-visibility initiatives across enterprise portfolios
- In-depth knowledge of portfolio management, value streams, and product-centric delivery models
- Ability to create and manage SAFe artifacts beyond mere facilitation of ceremonies
- Comfortable working in complex, large-scale enterprise environments
- Advanced SAFe certifications (SA, SASM, SPC preferred)
- Experience in coaching leadership teams and driving organizational change
- Familiarity with PMO or EPMO environments
- History of implementing efficiency, cost reduction, and delivery improvement strategies
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing portfolio, programs, and delivery models to identify organizational maturity gaps
- Assist in transitioning from project-driven to product-focused delivery using SAFe principles
- Develop, execute, and sustain SAFe artifacts, including portfolio backlogs, epics, roadmaps, PI plans, OKRs, and governance frameworks
- Oversee practical SAFe implementation efforts across various levels including portfolio, program, and team
- Mentor leaders and teams on Lean-Agile philosophies, SAFe practices, and continuous enhancement
- Facilitate PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt meetings, and manage inter-team dependencies
- Collaborate with PMO/EPMO and enterprise execution teams to streamline work intake, prioritization, and workflow
- Set up and monitor metrics to boost predictability, throughput, and delivery efficiency
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and VP-level stakeholders to influence change

We are looking for a seasoned SAFe Practitioner to lead our enterprise-wide transformation toward a product-focused operational model. This is a hands-on, high-profile position that involves collaboration with PMO, EPMO, and Enterprise Execution teams to evaluate portfolios, suggest enhancements, create SAFe artifacts, and oversee comprehensive implementation and sustainability.
