Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP FICO, ideally across multiple modules.
- Familiarity with enterprise planning and performance tools such as IBM Planning Analytics and/or SAP Planning Analytics.
- Proficient with tools including JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or mixed project methodologies.
- Knowledge of SQL, Excel modeling, or BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and business teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality documentation.
- Agile mindset with a capacity for change and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Develop user stories, use cases, workflows, and data models to aid solution design for concurrent projects.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product, Development/Engineering, QA, and Operations.
- Utilize expertise in SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, and others) to enhance business processes.
- Apply knowledge of advanced Planning Analytics tools to assist with forecasting, planning, and performance management initiatives.
- Lead meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and propose scalable, technology-driven solutions.
- Assist in testing activities, which include writing test cases and participating in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Monitor project progress and support status reporting and documentation.
- Provide training and support post-implementation to business users.
