Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- At least 1 year of recent experience with SAP, particularly in the Order-to-Cash area (SD module)
- Previous experience as a service desk agent, super user, or business analyst supporting SAP end users or conducting UAT during SAP implementations or upgrades
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in customer support
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems like Remedy) is preferred
- Any knowledge or training in S/4HANA/Fiori is advantageous
- Understanding of SAP functional configuration is a plus
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage relevant incidents assigned to the ServiceNow support queue
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and incidents, providing solutions or workarounds when feasible and based on established runbooks, knowledge articles, and scripts
- Refer to Standard Operating Procedures and FAQs for user inquiries and offer responsive support
- Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project teams to enhance support procedures, including improving documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Coordinate the escalation or hand-off of Level 2 issues to Business SMEs, ensuring follow-ups to confirm ticket/incident/request closure
- Assess whether issues arise from the SAP environment, technical integrations, or user understanding
- Escalate incidents as necessary and assign to Level 2 technical teams for deeper triaging and problem management/RCA, ensuring follow-ups for ticket/incident closure
- Maintain records of problems, workarounds, and resolutions as part of Knowledge Management
