Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate project management experience in large-scale IT transformations
- Proven capability in implementing Greenfield Non-SAP Systems-to-SAP conversions
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and project management best practices
- Experience in the Truck OEM, Heavy Equipment, Bus, or Electric Vehicle sectors is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills, comfortable driving change and motivating teams autonomously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with executive leadership
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Experience managing IT vendors and adhering to project scope and financials
- PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are desirable
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, migrating from non-SAP legacy systems
- Oversee management of around 50 stakeholders and multiple integrating systems
- Operate within an Agile/DevOps framework, utilizing tools like ADO or Jira
- Conduct daily scrums, checkpoint meetings, and ensure inter-team alignment
- Proactively identify and eliminate obstacles, managing risks throughout the lifecycle
- Validate data extraction criteria and collaborate with engineers on testing
- Direct legacy teams and coordinate with partners like PWC to ensure project success
- Manage all facets of project processes including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget tracking
- Ensure efficient interdepartmental communication and readiness for implementation
