Requirements
Must:
- Significant experience with Alcatel/Nokia and Juniper routers/switches
- Advanced understanding of routing protocols including BGP, IS-IS, OSPF, EIGRP
- Knowledge of RSVP, LDP, PIM, and data center network architecture
- Proficient in Ethernet technologies such as VLANs, STP, LACP, MC-LAG
- Expertise in Microsoft Visio for creating network documentation
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical abilities
- Capability to mentor junior engineers and work collaboratively across teams
Responsibilities
- Devise, design, implement, and document innovative network solutions
- Offer escalation support and troubleshoot issues for operational teams
- Prepare Engineering Estimates and Installation Packages
- Experiment with new technologies and service architectures in lab settings
