Requirements
Must:
- Over 10 years of experience as a release manager
- Highly skilled in JiRA and Excel
- Proficient in release processes and end-to-end release coordination
- Strong capability in testing support and coordination
- Understanding of release and deployment components
- Ability to identify risks and implement necessary controls
- Experience facilitating team planning ceremonies aligned with release milestones
- Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall frameworks
- Ability to synthesize the big picture while connecting all relevant details
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the delivery of defined project deliverables
- Communicate release objectives effectively to stakeholders
- Manage delivery timelines and mitigate risks
- Ensure compliance with established standards
- Provide comprehensive visibility into the health of deliverables
- Facilitate synchronization among various teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure execution aligns with client expectations regarding quality and timelines
