Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Epic Radiant implementation, including system confirmation and build
- Proven skills in providing at-the-elbow support and optimization
- Familiarity with radiology workflow design and optimization preferred
- Expertise in Radiant testing and validation is mandatory
- Prior experience with Epic new enterprise and big bang go-live events is highly desirable
- Radiant Certification is essential
Responsibilities
- Support the organization during the Epic implementation and go-live phases
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition
- Optimize and validate radiology workflows as part of the implementation process
- Provide hands-on support to end-users during the training and deployment phases
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising during and after the go-live period
- Ensure integration of home health and hospice services through the Epic system
