Requirements

Must:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with emphasis on reporting, quality assurance, and operational processes. - Proficient in evaluating reports, validating data quality, and ensuring alignment with documented requirements. - Strong ability to analyze intricate workflows and identify enhancement opportunities. - Experienced in gathering and documenting business requirements effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Self-motivated, solution-focused, and capable of quickly adapting in a dynamic environment. - Comfortable working collaboratively with various stakeholder groups, including those overseas.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and modernize reporting by evaluating current Medicare reports for potential migration to Salesforce. - Maintain an organized central report repository, ensuring ongoing accuracy and documentation is current. - Collaborate with Data Analysts and stakeholders to validate reporting logic, guaranteeing consistency across all systems. - Ensure that reporting frameworks adhere to compliance standards and align with the new Salesforce setup. - Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Medicare functions including billing, premium management, and enrollment. - Validate that operational outputs meet SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. - Conduct quality audits and help in defining and tracking relevant quality metrics for Medicare operations. - Assist with gathering and documenting requirements for transitioning from the legacy SBM system. - Identify process gaps and propose enhancements that align with Salesforce architecture. - Help optimize workflows to diminish manual tasks and bolster operational consistency among teams and vendor partners. - Work closely with internal teams like Membership & Enrollment, Billing & Premium, Data Analytics, and Operations. - Collaborate with offshore vendors as necessary. - Engage in cross-functional workshops to ensure that reporting and quality requirements are included in system design and implementation. - Facilitate knowledge transfer, onboarding, and continued collaboration within the team. - Support readiness initiatives tied to the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). - Ensure that new processes and reports align with Medicare regulatory deadlines and meet internal audit criteria.
