QA/QC Manager - Data Center Operations

- Develop and track quality program metrics to assess project performance. - Analyze performance metrics to identify the root cause of any negative trends and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution. - Help build on-site partner construction quality assurance and control teams. - Contribute to the establishment of QA/QC procedures and standards for operational efficiency and cross-functional communication. - Serve as a liaison between design, construction, and facility operations, including general contractors. - Provide training to team members on quality awareness and specific QA/QC processes. - Address quality-related issues across design, construction, and facility operations teams. - Conduct audits of QA/QC activities among staff and subcontractors as needed to ensure compliance. - Review all submittals, particularly in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing, for adherence to quality standards and provide necessary feedback. - Perform quality reviews of design documents to ensure compliance with established requirements, including vendor manuals and quality records. - Create and approve quality-related documents and checklists, including construction quality procedures and testing plans. - Recommend and verify corrective actions for project non-conformances while collaborating with quality management and project teams. - Evaluate commissioning scripts and provide constructive feedback. - Assist construction managers in reviewing turnover documentation for accuracy and completeness. - Support compliance with energization and commissioning schedules and drive the resolution of outstanding issues in project management systems. - Participate in required factory testings and provide on-site quality control inspections.
