Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in leading QA strategies within a Salesforce ecosystem
- Coordination of offshore testing teams
- Support for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
- Capacity to balance hands-on testing with strategic quality management
- Preferred exposure to Salesforce DevOps
- Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools and processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage offshore QA teams
- Develop and implement QA strategies tailored to Salesforce
- Provide support for CI/CD workflows
- Conduct hands-on testing as needed while offering quality leadership
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality best practices are followed
