Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 9-14 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficient in collaboration and productivity tools, including document management, spreadsheets, project management, diagramming, and presentation software.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and Scrum.
- Preferred certification as Scrum Master and/or Product Owner.
- Solid knowledge of application development, database concepts, system design, and web-based and client/server architectures.
- Familiarity with application lifecycle management tools is advantageous.
- Ability to successfully pass a background investigation as required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects as a liaison among business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and Information Technology teams, ensuring effective communication and the delivery of quality technology solutions.
- Enhance and maintain legacy applications by analyzing roadmaps and utilizing user stories to support core business functions.
- Convert business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications, involving database and data structure analysis and identifying potential risks and assumptions related to solution implementation.
- Collaborate with system architects and developers to develop and manage precise technical documentation.
- Establish and execute delivery strategies for business initiatives, incorporating process modifications, technological updates, and customer impact evaluations.
- Utilize established software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and uphold process standards.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
