Requirements
Must:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a focus on data platforms, analytics, or AI.
- Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven products in large enterprise settings.
- Familiarity with data platforms such as Snowflake and Azure Synapse, and streaming technologies like Kafka.
- Proficient in cloud services including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform, as well as ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle, model deployment, and MLOps processes.
- Understanding of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Capacity to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Data-driven decision-making skills and strategic thinking.
- Experience in operational data domains like IT operations and business process data.
- Relevant certifications in cloud data services, AI/ML, or product management (e.g., SAFe POPM).
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the product vision for operational data and AI enablement in alignment with enterprise objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver a scalable and secure operational data platform.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Create a comprehensive integration plan between the operational data platform and ServiceNow, covering incidents, changes, CMDB, requests, and discovery.
- Prioritize use cases including auto-ticketing, ticket enrichment, change risk scoring, proactive problem detection, CMDB health, and AI-assisted triage.
- Identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases like predictive maintenance and anomaly detection.
- Work alongside data science teams to operationalize models and embed AI into workflows.
- Promote adoption through enablement, training, and effective communication of the products value.
- Act as a bridge between business units, engineering, and data science teams.
- Define KPIs such as data availability, AI model accuracy, operational efficiencies, and adoption rates, using telemetry and feedback for continuous improvement.
