Requirements
Must:
- Proven negotiation skills, particularly with senior leadership

Responsibilities
- Lead the final phase of our multi-year transformation initiative
- Own the vision and roadmap for Salesforce Service Cloud as the enterprise-wide intake platform
- Facilitate the integration of multiple channels, including Portal, Email-to-Case, NICE CXone, and Jira
- Establish governance, case standards, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Enhance service visibility, efficiency, and overall performance
- Transition the platform from implementation to ongoing operational maturity
- Develop product strategy for Experience Cloud Portal and omni-channel routing
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Architects, and Engineers on integration decisions
- Communicate the operational benefits of Salesforce Service Cloud to drive leadership buy-in
- Identify barriers to adoption and create strategies to overcome them
- Create phased rollout strategies for onboarding various teams
- Manage training initiatives, including documentation and workflow guides
- Define and implement ongoing governance models for case management and system configuration

Zelis is currently undergoing a significant multi-year transformation to unify all client-facing intake processes under the Salesforce Service Cloud. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with advanced Service Cloud expertise to lead the operationalization and adoption of this unified case management platform. This role requires a hands-on approach and will be entirely remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with a dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our service delivery and ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency and performance. We offer a competitive pay range of $75.00 - $85.00/hr along with benefits that may include medical, dental, vision, retirement plan options, and more.
