Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant design experience emphasizing production, systems, or design support
- Extensive proficiency in Figma, particularly in maintaining component libraries
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools including Drive, Slides, Docs, and Sheets
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience designing for iOS, Android, and web platforms, accounting for platform-specific nuances
- Solid production design background with strong emphasis on systems and scalability
- Advanced skills in prototyping using Figma or similar tools
- Background in presentation and deck design
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components
- Comfortable collaborating on AI-related products or features
- Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical
- Strong communicator able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-surface products or system-focused design organizations preferred
- Exposure to system-driven, horizontal design teams advantageous
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design teams to prepare and manage high-quality design assets for both internal and external clients
- Clean and structure Figma files for optimal organization
- Create and maintain design component libraries and systems
- Ensure designs are compliant with preset standards and guidelines
- Produce product mockups, prototypes, and decks for reviews and global presentations
- Maintain up-to-date design documentation as a reference source
- Provide detailed design specifications and communicate them to partners involved in in-product artwork
- Troubleshoot issues relating to file organization and handoff
- Translate designs across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and web
- Assist with additional production and design tasks as required
