Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in financial services, particularly in lending, credit, mortgage, or banking
- Background as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Strong capability to work collaboratively across various functional areas such as business operations, product, engineering, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer support, finance, and marketing
- Experience with product analysis, digital platforms, JIRA, Alfa, and RouteOne (preferred)
- At least 3 years of progressive responsibility in agile software delivery teams
- Results-driven with a focus on data
- Strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and enhancing customer experiences
Responsibilities
- Assess existing processes and create future-state process diagrams
- Validate and review finalized future-state process maps
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to establish product specifications, draft user stories, and prioritize features for the booking and funding user interface
- Set up and review the new platform while developing workflows
- Maintain updated process documentation after configurations
- Engage in testing activities
- Facilitate business sign-off and communication with stakeholders
- Formalize design decisions
- Refine the product backlog
- Build integrations for confirmed business processes
