Requirements
Must:
- Experience in data warehousing software
- Proficiency in Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data quality processes
- Familiarity with Tableau and Power BI
- SQL expertise
- Knowledge of Jira
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Understanding of data lineage concepts
- Skills in requirements gathering
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including crafting user stories and defining acceptance criteria
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Capability to synthesize complex analytical outcomes into clear reports for diverse audiences
Responsibilities
- Convert data-driven insights into actionable strategies, collaborating with Product Owners to ensure improvements are measurable
- Set up tracking systems post-implementation to assess business value from product modifications
- Identify and communicate potential risks and improvement opportunities to Product Leadership
- Work alongside the Product Owner to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and development requirements
- Actively engage in backlog refinement and prioritization to maintain a deliverable backlog
- Assist the Scrum Team by testing features during delivery to ensure adherence to acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with stakeholders and end-users to identify and prioritize enhancements and new features
- Oversee troubleshooting of production challenges, working with technical and business teams for swift resolutions
- Analyze and report on the success of data governance initiatives
- Monitor data quality and integrity throughout processes, including support for automated reconciliation tests
- Create and track KPIs to showcase progress in risk management and compliance
- Develop metrics to oversee resolution rates for failed data replication tasks, ensuring operational stability
