Requirements

Must:
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows) - Proficiency in .NET development (C#) with experience in APIs, Azure Functions, console applications, or background services - Knowledge of Azure services such as Service Bus, Cosmos DB, Blob Storage, Container Apps, or Functions - Familiarity with SharePoint Online, including lists, document libraries, permissions, and Power Automate integration - Experience with integration of enterprise systems like SAP, SQL Server, or similar ERP/database platforms - Competence in using Azure DevOps for source control, CI/CD pipelines, and work item tracking - (Nice to have) Familiarity with Playwright or other browser automation tools - (Nice to have) Understanding of Dataverse or model-driven Power Apps - (Nice to have) Knowledge of Microsoft Graph API and M365 integrations - (Nice to have) Comprehension of enterprise VNet/Private Endpoint networking in Azure

Responsibilities

- Design and create Power Automate cloud and desktop workflows to streamline business processes across Gildan and integrated platforms - Develop and maintain operational Power Apps (both canvas and model-driven) for various functions - Construct .NET integrations and Azure Functions to link on-premises and cloud services - Implement SharePoint solutions such as lists, libraries, Power Automate triggers, and SPFx components as needed - Provide support for agent-based automation workloads within the Warden platform architecture, including flow YAML configurations and queued task execution - Engage in code reviews, testing, and deployment workflows using Azure DevOps - Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to convert requirements into effective integration designs - Document solutions, data flows, and integration frameworks for knowledge sharing and ongoing maintenance
