Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Power BI report and dashboard development (DAX, Power Query, modeling, report design)
- Strong skills in troubleshooting for enterprise BI environments
- Outstanding presentation and communication abilities; comfortable leading sessions and conducting office hours
- Proficient in Power BI Report Server
- Experienced with SSRS
- Knowledgeable in SQL
Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models within a highly regulated framework.
- Administer and support Power BI Report Server, ensuring its stability, governance, and performance.
- Oversee the complete Power BI onboarding process for new users, including requirement gathering, setup, access, security, and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Diagnose reporting issues and enhance existing BI solutions.
