Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, particularly MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI
- Proven expertise in designing and developing custom applications using Canvas Apps and Model Driven Apps, including Portal/Power Pages
- Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and the ability to create solutions and custom connectors
- Experience in Office 365 development, with proficiency in PowerApps, Flow, Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to grasp functional requirements
- Experience interacting with cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and launch features
- Proficiency in Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, business process Flows, and Process Advisor
- Knowledge of JavaScript, .NET, and the Software Development Life Cycle
- Strong skills in C#, .NET, SharePoint, SQL, .NET Core, SQL Server, Angular, MVC, API, Development, Agile, and Full-stack development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory and a potential waiver for Security+ certification is available

Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, design, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 Power Platform applications
- Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to define and refine project requirements
- Design and develop custom business applications according to team standards
- Create solutions leveraging Microsoft Dataverse and establish custom connectors
- Engage in development tasks related to Office 365 applications including PowerApps and Flow
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on project deliverables
- Execute independent tasks while contributing positively to a team environment
- Maintain awareness and productivity during working hours while managing multiple tasks
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables with high-quality output
