Requirements
Must:
- Hands-on experience with the Ping Identity platform, particularly with PingFederate
- Proficient in Ping DaVinci (strongly preferred; essential for ongoing support)
- Proven skills in application federation at scale
- Experience with complex or multi-application ecosystems
- Familiarity with integrating Ping-issued credentials with enterprise identity systems
- Strong problem-solving capabilities across SSO, APIs, and authentication flows
- Experience with automation related to client credential rotation and SSL certificate lifecycle management
- Comfort in managing production IAM environments
- Preferred experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or financial services
- Prior involvement in supporting large IAM programs or extended IAM initiatives
- Exposure to consumer IAM use cases, including registration and authentication journeys
Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain SSO integrations using Ping Identity platforms
- Develop, enhance, and support authentication and registration flows utilizing Ping DaVinci
- Provide post-go-live support for production DaVinci flows, initially for consumer IAM and subsequently for broker/employer portals
- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues for application teams, including Ping APIs, federation issues, and authentication failures
- Conduct daily IAM operational support alongside project-related tasks
- Collaborate with internal engineers on design discussions and conceptual IAM solutions
- Assist in credential and certificate rotation, including efforts towards automation
- Contribute to platform enhancements and configuration adjustments
- Expected to operate with minimal ramp-up and be immediately productive
