Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience in business analysis within the financial services or payments sector
- Practical knowledge of payment systems and workflows, including domestic, international, wire, and real-time methods
- Demonstrated ability to create clear and concise documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories
- Proficiency in Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
- Experience in supporting large-scale technology transformation or platform replacement initiatives
Responsibilities
- Lead sessions to collect requirements from business stakeholders, defining both current and future payment processes
- Convert business needs into well-structured BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and data mapping documents
- Analyze and document comprehensive payment workflows across various platforms
- Conduct gap analyses between legacy systems and target-state payment platforms
- Assist in project planning, defining the scope, and conducting impact assessments for system and process modifications
- Collaborate effectively with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA teams in an Agile framework
- Take part in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release cycles
- Aid in test planning, establish test scenarios, verify acceptance criteria, and support UAT execution
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and business teams
- Contribute to training initiatives, operational readiness, and change management efforts
- Ensure all requirements meet regulatory, compliance, and risk management standards
