Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar field
- Proficient in Windows 10/11 administration
- Familiarity with imaging and deployment tools
- Knowledgeable in supporting Microsoft 365 applications
- Skilled in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets
- Valid drivers license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to various locations in NY, NJ, and CT
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills
- Flexible schedule to meet site-specific needs
Responsibilities
- Deliver hardware and software troubleshooting within a Windows 10/11 environment
- Conduct PC imaging and deployment tasks
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services
- Perform break/fix repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and tablets
- Ensure quick resolution of technical issues to reduce downtime
- Maintain precise documentation regarding work performed and inventory updates
- Communicate effectively with site staff and escalate issues as necessary
Description
We are a healthcare client looking for a Part-Time IT Support Technician to offer on-site technical assistance at various ambulatory and specialty care locations. This position is well-suited for self-starters who thrive on solving IT challenges in a fast-paced, multi-site setting. Our role is based in Bronxville, NY, and the pay ranges from $25.00 to $27.00 per hour, with eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
