Requirements
Must:
- Valid drivers license
- Familiarity with Windows Operating Systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications
- Knowledge of Incident Management / ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
- Understanding of enterprise asset management or ERP systems
- CompTIA A+ certification (preferred)
- Associate Degree (preferred)
- Entry-level experience in an IT or technology-related position (Service Desk, Desktop Support, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Process warehouse requests
- Manage incoming warehouse inventory
- Ship hardware as per IT hardware requests
- Oversee hardware inventory
- Update asset management systems for received and deployed IT hardware
- Recover equipment, including picking up computers, mobile devices, and peripherals from onsite locations
- Collaborate with managers of offboarded employees to gather necessary information
- Send packaging and return shipping labels to remote users
- Handle incoming returned equipment while following all data retention procedures
- Deploy computer peripherals such as monitors and accessories
- Image computers as required
