Requirements
Must:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor

- Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Cherwell (preferred)

Responsibilities
- Assist the desktop team with various project deployments
- Conduct installations and hands-on troubleshooting for desktop and printer support
- Perform break-fix repairs and manage asset inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of IT equipment
- Help in removing drive grids and pallets as required
- Provide help desk support over the phone, serving as the first line of defense
- Document and manage support tickets in the Cherwell system
- Coordinate with higher-level support tiers for escalated issues
