Requirements
Must:
- Exceptional listening, probing, and customer service abilities
- Strong analytical and logical skills, quick to grasp and relate new technical concepts
- Capability to remain calm, diplomatic, and effective in stressful situations
- Proficient in organizing data, managing time effectively, and juggling several tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in conveying technical details to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with applications operating within a Citrix environment and VDI
Responsibilities
- Keep a thorough inventory of hardware and software utilized at private practices
- Assist users in installing basic hardware/software and networking components to fulfill their computer needs
- Correctly configure workstations and ensure application functionality
- Set up workstations and maintain exemplary cable management
- Aid or lead site implementations for end-user hardware rollouts
- Image devices and facilitate Windows 11 upgrades
