Requirements
Must:
- Proven senior-level project management experience in an Oracle environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading ERP transformation initiatives, particularly in finance.
- Adept at managing the end-to-end RFP process for selecting Systems Integrators (SIs).
- Strong proficiency in providing high-level solution architecture for Oracle systems.
- Ability to drive significant transformational changes in finance, supply chain, and capital processes.
- Skilled in critically assessing vendor proposals, cost estimates, and technical solutions.
- Experience in establishing process consistency and innovative operational methodologies.
- Capable of engaging with and influencing senior leadership effectively.
- Collaborative experience with data strategy and competitive positioning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete finance modernization and ERP transformation program.
- Direct the RFP process for selecting the appropriate Systems Integrator.
- Offer guidance on high-level solution architecture for Oracle-related projects.
- Facilitate transformational initiatives across finance, supply chain, and capital management.
- Evaluate and challenge vendor proposals and technical approaches.
- Ensure consistency in processes and implement modern working practices.
- Engage with senior leadership to influence key decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with EY to strategize on data and market positioning.
