Oracle Fusion Procurement Consultant

- Provide functional leadership for Procurement & Inventory workstreams throughout the migration - Oversee complete processes including fit-gap analysis, data mapping, testing, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization - Ensure precise mapping of legacy EBS modules to their Fusion counterparts - Lead the design and configuration of Procurement and Inventory procedures across both platforms - Create and validate functional specifications for integrations, extensions, reports, and data conversions - Uphold best practices in design, ensuring alignment with architectural objectives - Manage data mapping, cleansing, and migration verification for Procurement and Inventory - Review and enhance templates for POs, agreements, and supplier onboarding - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Finance, Supplier Portal, and Inventory - Challenge implementation partners regarding design, configurations, and process alignment - Direct SIT/UAT cycles for Procurement & Inventory, focusing on PO lifecycle, receiving, and supplier workflows - Approve readiness for cutover involving open POs and agreements, supplier onboarding, and receiving transactions - Develop training materials, standard operating procedures, and process documentation - Facilitate knowledge-transfer sessions for business and technical personnel - Provide ongoing support during hypercare and stabilization phases post-go-live, making recommendations for continuous improvement
