Oracle Fusion HCM Developer

- Design, develop, and maintain solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HCM, Talent Management, and related processes. - Write and improve PL/SQL scripts to facilitate reporting, integrations, and data analysis within Oracle HCM. - Create and maintain BI Reports, OTBI, and BI Publisher artifacts as needed. - Enhance and support Responsive and Redwood Pages within the Oracle HCM environment. - Implement UI customizations using Visual Studio Code and supported frameworks. - Work with HCM Extracts, HDL, and REST APIs for data handling. - Develop HCM Analytics dashboards to aid HR reporting and executive decision-making. - Construct real-time dashboards and KPIs tailored to HR requirements. - Ensure the accuracy and quality of HR analytics solutions. - Design and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems. - Engage with REST/SOAP web services for both incoming and outgoing HCM integrations. - Monitor and address production integration issues and performance concerns. - Collaborate closely with HR, Talent, and Performance Management teams. - Contribute to solution design sessions, code reviews, and deployment processes. - Document developments and provide knowledge transfer for effective system support.
