Oracle ERP Manager

- Supervise the ongoing operations of Oracle ERP systems linked to Human Capital Management (HCM), ensuring system availability, data integrity, and security - Ensure smooth integration between Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications and other relevant platforms - Oversee the introduction of new features and system upgrades related to talent acquisition, core HR, and compensation, guaranteeing timely execution - Recruit, select, and foster staff retention - Conduct associate evaluations, develop individual professional growth plans, and collaborate with HR on disciplinary actions and recognition - Lead efforts to identify, analyze, and resolve issues connected with Oracle Cloud HCM systems, ensuring minimal business disruption - Seek out opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to understand payroll requirements, ensuring ERP system alignment - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and updates for testing and auditing purposes - Continuously assess and improve the functionality of Oracle Fusion cloud applications in line with business needs and industry best practices - Generate and present reports for management and stakeholders, providing insights into application performance, system challenges, and project statuses - Ensure all implementation or upgrade tasks adhere to healthcare regulations, data security standards, and organizational protocols - Stay informed about industry trends and system functionalities through publications, conferences, and professional networks - Serve as the point of escalation for after-hours support, addressing urgent issues to ensure uninterrupted payroll system operations
