Requirements
Must:
- Proven expertise in ERP transformation leadership (Oracle preferred).
- Extensive experience managing full lifecycle finance transformations.
- Strong ability to scrutinize vendor proposals and validate Systems Integrator (SI) submissions.
- Exceptional program management and change leadership skills.
- High-level solution architecture experience.
- Proficient in driving process standardization and developing team capabilities.
- Utility sector ERP experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with data strategy tools like Microsoft, Snowflake, or Databricks is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Oversee senior-level project management within an Oracle environment.
- Lead the finance modernization and ERP transformation initiatives from start to finish.
- Manage the complete Request for Proposal (RFP) process for selecting Systems Integrators.
- Provide overarching solution architecture guidance for Oracle systems.
- Drive transformative changes in finance, supply chain, and capital processes.
- Critically assess vendor proposals, cost estimates, and technical solutions.
- Promote consistency in processes and explore modern methodologies.
- Engage with senior leadership to influence decision-making and drive initiatives.
- Collaborate with EY to develop data strategies and enhance competitive positioning.
