Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS Human Capital Management and Finance modules
- Proficient in PL/SQL, forms, extensions, and packages
- Experience with BI Publisher and XML Publisher
- Understanding of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
- Knowledge of JDeveloper for SOA web services (12c)
- Experience with Flex Deploy, Bitbucket, and Git
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Capability to mentor and guide junior developers
- Willingness to be available for on-call support as needed
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Application Development Manager to deliver technical solutions for Oracle EBS applications
- Conduct requirement analysis and develop comprehensive solutions
- Work alongside Business Analysts to address business needs effectively
- Design, create, and maintain technical documentation and specifications
- Develop forms, procedures, triggers, and functions to enhance application functionality
- Communicate design proposals and technical changes to team members and stakeholders
- Participate in team knowledge-sharing sessions to bolster developer effectiveness
- Review and provide feedback on design, source code, and unit test cases
- Customize standard reports and develop new reports according to business requirements
- Design and implement custom interfaces and workflows as per user specifications
- Handle multiple tasks and high-priority tickets concurrently
- Ensure compliance with change control and problem management policies
- Perform other related duties as needed
