Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in IT support environments
- Background in a professional IT Support role (helpdesk/desktop support)
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation (experience over the phone preferred)
- Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and documentation for support tasks
- Proficiency in Windows Active Directory and Office 365
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and queue management
- Skills in network and hardware troubleshooting
- Experience with VPN and access support
- Ability to deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary support resource for network-related issues
- Troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, and networks
- Manage and resolve support tickets while adhering to SLAs and best practices
- Oversee onboarding of new hires, including account creation and equipment setup
- Maintain standard and custom system images
- Assist with server management, networking, phone systems, and VPN access
- Document solutions to enhance IT processes and standards
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams when necessary
