Requirements
Must:
- Active Secret clearance or higher
- Expertise in VMware/NSX at a Level 4-5 skillset
- Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting, operations, and NSX architecture
- Strong experience in designing intricate NSX environments, including multisite deployments
- In-depth knowledge of networking fundamentals (L2-L3 switching, routing protocols, and L4-L7 services)
- Proven problem-solving capabilities for NSX components and security configurations
- Ability to implement and manage security solutions and integrate NSX with third-party tools
- Familiarity with automation and virtualization technologies (e.g., vRealize Operations/Automation)
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage complex NSX environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues within the NSX infrastructure
- Integrate NSX with additional VMware products and third-party tools
- Apply automation techniques to streamline processes and enhance efficiency
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to support networking solutions and ensure ongoing functionality
